FIRST Team 2172 Steel Unit-E
FRC Team 2172 Steel Unit-E started in 2005 at St. Edward High School, a suburban school in Lakewood, Ohio. Steel Unit-E welcomes students from St. Edward High School and two all-girls schools in Northeast Ohio: Magnificat High School and Saint Joseph Academy.
We are part of a larger organization called FIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology). The mission of FIRST is to inspire young people to be leaders in science and technology by engaging them in mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills while also building self-esteem, life skills, and community awareness.
Program Outcomes
